Abu Dhabi, UAE – 24 April 2025: The Rabdan Security and Defence Institute (RSDI) successfully concluded a dynamic panel discussion titled “Women and Security in the 21st Century: Challenges, Opportunities, and Innovations.”
The event brought together five distinguished women leaders representing academia, diplomacy, military education, and the private sector to explore women’s growing influence in law enforcement, counterterrorism, cybersecurity, and public safety.
Moderated by Dr. Shamma Al Naqbi from Zayed Military University, the session featured Dr. Sara Chehab, Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy; Gina Bou Serhal, TRENDS Research & Advisory; Heléne Bittmann, Saab UAE; and Dr. Jacqueline Sebire, Rabdan Academy.
The speakers shared insights, personal experiences, and strategic perspectives on how innovation and inclusive policies are shaping the future of global security.
