With over 10 years of experience at the intersection of diplomacy, policy, and civil society, I specialize in navigating high-stakes environments to foster stability and resolution. My career is defined by a commitment to conflict-sensitive strategy, whether advising embassy officials on political developments or facilitating complex negotiations in labour disputes. I bring a unique, multicultural perspective to my work, having served as the Deputy Head of Labor & Social Affairs for the German Embassy in Cairo and as a Conflict Analyst in Berlin. My approach combines rigorous conflict analysis with a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics to bridge gaps between diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, trade unions, and International Organizations.
